Amazing photos capture the spirit of Muay Thai at MTK 5

Practitioners from all over the state show up to celebrate their love of Muay Thai at MTK 5

HOUSTON – If you’re a fight fan in the Houston area then you’ll like have heard the name Michael ‘Chase’ Corley. One of the head coaches at Houston Muay Thai and a Thai style fighter himself, Corley has been instrumental in the growth of the sport here in the lone star state. This includes not only teaching and coaching but also running events as well.

This past weekend marked the fifth outing for his Muay Thai Kingdom brand. It was also instrumental in that it was the first of its kind here in the state as Texas’ first Muay Thai event to feature both junior and adult competitors. Complete with the Wai Kru, traditional music and all the elements involved in real MT events, Muay Thai Kingdom V was a real success at The Zone complex in Southeast Zone.
