“Black Spartan” not shy to take rematch with top prospect from Gracie Barra Woodlands

 
HOUSTON, TX – Heading into Fury Fighting Championship 4 this Friday night, we got a chance to sit down with featured fighter Rashid Abdullah (5-11). For anyone that has interacted with “The Black Spartan.” it’s easy to see he’s one unique individual. This is the type of individual who wears his emotions on his sleeve. He’s also passionate about fighting and will take on any challenge thrown his way.

Take for instance this matchup with 8-3 prospect Alex Morono. The two have fought before, with Morono taking the March 2014 bout win home by disqualification.  Long story short, the enigmatic Rashid said he was fighting for survival in that bout and was doing what he had to do. And now he’s willing to do it all again, minus the unfortunate portions of their last encounter and with an eye towards the win.
