FORT WORTH, TX, April 16, 2012 – Mixed Martial Arts made a very special appearance at the Texas Motor Speedway this past weekend as Phalanx MMA’s Alex Madrid and Durwyn Lamb debuted Phalanx Amateur Combatants MMA with TMS Slugfest. The event was held in conjunction with the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series event held at the track this past Saturday afternoon and featured 8 fights on the day featuring some up-and-coming amateurs from teams around the DFW Metroflex including – Phalanx MMA, Fitness Fight Factory, and several others.
