FORT WORTH, TX, June 24, 2012 – There was a special event this past Saturday in DFW as the Metroplex Gym and UFFL MMA hosted a 16-man grappling tournament dubbed “Fight for Cash” as a fundraiser to help two-year-old Cash Williams seek treatment for septa-optic dysplasia, a condition that’s had him nearly blind since he was born. Thanks to contributions from this charity occasion, the toddler is now one step closer to getting the medical attention he deserves.
TXMMA was not present at this event. Fortunately for us, our friends at North Texas Fisticuffs and Combat Sports TV were on hand to cover all the action.
