F2W/WGC Ramping Up to Bring 2011 Texas Open to Houston; Select Match Videos from Last Tournament

HOUSTON, TX, October 21, 2011 – Somewhere in Denver, Colorado right now, two-state promoter Seth Daniels of Fight to Win is preparing to bring zombies to Denver tonight. After that it’s full-steam form him and his Houston-based partner Brett Boyce of World Grappling Circuit as they get ready to bring the 2011 Texas Open to Houston’s Legends Sports Complex on November 19th.

The fifth and last event of their 2011 tournament season, F2W/WGC expects this one to be yet another highly-contested event for all grapplers based on the almost 1,000 competitors that filled the mats during their last show at the Europa Convention this past August.

According to tournament co-promoter  Brett Boyce, competitors should expect much more of the same in this one.

“Time and money,”he told us about what he thinks is important for grapplers here in Texas. “Both are valuable and we don’t want our customers to waste either. Our focus every time is to make sure our customers can expect great competition while not spending hours upon hours waiting. Whether a tournament is large or small, we will always try to provide the best we can when it comes to a low-cost, time efficient tournament.”

Just like their past tournaments, F2W/WGC also told TXMMA.com that the 2011 Texas Open will be offering cash prizes for certain divisions so stay tuned as they’ll announce how much is on the line and for what divisions in the near future.
