Roberto Jimenez, Kayla De Leon, Dillinger Kovach first to be inducted into BFA Hall of Fame

HOUSTON, TX – Battle for the Ages has inducted their inaugural class of three top-rated youth grapplers into their BFA Hall of Fame. For those that are unfamiliar, the Battle 4 the Ages tournament is a youth tournament designed to find the most dominant boy and girl BJJ players from across the country at each age level from 8-16. Divisions are designated by age only, regardless of weight. BFA events are bi-annually with both gi and nogi being featured. The BFA Hall of Fame was created to honor repeat competitors who have dominated their opposition as they go up through the age levels. So far that requirement means winning six BFA belts total or four in a row.

So far the grapplers that have made the BFA Hall of Fame are:

  • Roberto Jimenez (Alliance Team Gacho, 15 years old) – 7 belts
  • Kayla De Leon (BJJ Revolution, 15 years old) – 6 belts.
  • Dillinger Kovach (Team X, 10 years old) – 4 belts.

Here are some pictures from their Hall of Fame induction below:
