“Triangle Queen” Cora Sek showcases some setups from rubber guard

HOUSTON, TX – With little over 3 years of grappling experience under her belt, young Cora Sek (Team Tooke) has already made a name for herself in the BJJ world with her unique style and willingness to compete against all comers. Her accolades include a finalist appearance at the prestigious Battle 4 the Ages Invitational tournament and she has medaled at the Kids Pan Ams. She’s also competed at all of the major circuits that tour through Texas and is reputed for her unique style, much of it predicated on Eddie Bravo’s rubber guard system.

In this edition of the TXMMA Technique of the Week, Cora Sek will show our readers a few of the finer points from rubber guard, including how to break her opponent’s posture and ultimately set up a few submission options.

Enjoy.
