HOUSTON, TX, October 29, 2013 – A new chapter in Houston MMA starts this Friday night as Jace Pitre and Eric Garcia turn their attention to professional mixed arts with the debut event for their new pro MMA promotion – the Fury Fighting Championships (FFC).

As a promotional duo the pair (Pitre & Garcia) have put on MMA events at the amateur level for several years now – most recently this past October when they held their fifteenth event, Cage Combat 15, at the Humble Center. Moving on to the pro ranks, they plan on continuing their growth the same way, slowly and surely with events still being held in Humble.

The card features some interesting names and matchups to be sure with a highly competitive main event featuring Gracie Barra’s Alex Morono taking on undefeated Oklahoman prospect Rob Wood along with the MMA debut of Team Tooke namesake Travis Tooke and much more.

We’ll break down this card a little later this week but check out the lineup below and continue on with an in-depth TXMMA video interview with Jace Pitre as he discusses his upcoming event.
