SCC 4 this Friday; Video Interview with AGPMA’s Kevin Lieb
GALVESTON, TX, July 29, 2013 – It’s fight week once again in the Houston area and Galveston in particular. SCC 4: A Tribute to Dustin Creekmore takes place Friday, August 2nd at the Galveston Island Convention Center At San Luis Resort.
The show features a middleweight title fight up with Joshua, TX native Chad Box (3-2) taking on undefeated Galvestonian Andrew Martinez (3-0) up top while the rest of the card is complete with the usual mix of up-and-coming prospects and potential future stars in the sport.
We begin our fight week coverage of this event with a TXMMA video interview featuring Kevin Lieb (1-0) of Al Garza’s Premier Martial Arts. Kevin debuted last July at the inaugural SCC: Battle on the Bay event with a gutsy decision win over Paul Earls. Looking to continue the momentum after another year of growth and training he’ll be taking fellow 1-0 fighter Eric Cody this Friday night. Here’s what he had to say to our Diego Reyes prior to the fight.
