ODESSA, TX, April 22, 2013 – High expectations led to similarly positive outcomes as the event put on by Fabian Butler and Twenty Four Seven Entertainment this past Friday night at Odessa’s Ector County Coliseum.

24/7 Enemy of the State featured a good mix of talent West Texas as well as up-and-coming prospects from elsewhere in the state (DFW, Austin, etc.) for a total of 13 professional MMA bouts.

At the top of the card, Abilene’s Mitchell Hale brought his record up to 7-4 with an impressive first-round knockout of hometown favorite Jarret Jones in the main event of the evening.

Meanwhile, new Texas resident and Bellator vet Damon “Leech” Jackson overcame a tough first round after taking this fight on short notice to bring his undefeated record up to 5-0 with a second round submission over the always dangerous Luis Luna.

Several other prospects scored some big wins on this card to stay undefeated as well.

In title action, Neal Ewing (4-0) was able to secure the 24/7 middleweight title AND stay undefeated with his victory over El Paso resident Ricky McCall, who now falls to 4-1.

Likewise, Ewing’s Octagon MMA teammate Klayton Mai moved to 5-0 with his first round submission of Randy Hinds while another fighter considered to be a top prospect fell with Geoffrey Neal losing to pro debut fighter Martin Sano Jr. who dominated the second and third rounds of their fight to serve notice that he will be a fighter to watch out of West Texas.

Below are all the results from last Friday night in Odessa.
