April 3, 2011 -Yesterday IV Ounce Fight Club hosted the Houston MMA Community for another ‘Family Fun Day’ event featuring Mixed Martial Arts, Muay Thai, and Boxing style sparring from various teams around the area.
Based on feedback from coaches in attendance, this “smoker” style event presented a unique opportunity for future fighters to test themselves in a controlled environment simulating the competition environment. All in all, participating teams gave positive feedback, most notably from Team Tooke, Kingwood MMA, Windy Sports / Team Bailout, and several other gyms from around the area.
