The fight scene here in Houston is about to get a little bigger (and probably a lot more inappropriate) with the addition of a new MMA-focused show entitled “The Mount” set to premier this Saturday on AM Sports Radio station 1560 The Game.
Hitting airwaves on 1560AM from 6-7pm before every UFC PPV event, the show features sports radio host and reporter Raheel Ramzanali and one of TheCageDoor.net’s original founders, Rich Burmaster, in a show where they will discuss local and national MMA in classic tough-in-cheek fashion. In addition, the two will also be bringing in local fighters and MMA personalities to be a part of their in-studio panel discussing the news and events of the fight world.
“The show is going to be a fun show that will hit on all the national topics and local topics with a lot of man humor mixed in. If you do not enjoy funny shows then this show is not for you. We will make bad immature jokes but at the same time get in some good MMA talk. This show is for the people by the people. We encourage calls and opinions from everyone listening,“ says Raheel.
We will not apologize for our awesomeness,” was all his co-host Rich Burmaster had to add at this time.
With that, somebody may want to give the FCC a heads up to just go ahead and ignore Houston Sports Radio from 6-7pm whenever there is a UFC pay-per-view event looming.
