In a recent announcement via TheCageDoor.net, promoter Jace Pitre of Garcia Promotions released the latest fight card for their sophomore event scheduled for March 4th in Humble, TX.
The upcoming amateur event, labeled Cage Combat 2, is the first of a tentative 2011 schedule featuring seven events and will be headlined by two title fights as highly-touted Houston-area amateurs Colin Wright and Cody Phillips take on Paul Reyes and Hassan Walker respectively.
With thirty-six fighters from thirteen teams currently set to compete at the Humble Civic Center, this event could prove as a staging ground for the area’s potential top fighters of the future.
