We’d like to invite all the women and girls in the Texas Brazilian Jiu Jitsu community to come out this Sunday, July 18, 2010 to the Austin Girls in Gis all womens Jiu Jitsu training day! The event starts at 12:00pm – 2:00pm. Relson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Austin located at 2919 Manchaca Rd. #210 Austin, TX will be hosting this event. Girls in Gis is… a free training session for women and girls of all skill levels. The session will be designed by women from the host school and will include some technique and some training.
