Kilgore Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is having its first all womens seminar Saturday November 14, 2009 at 2:00p. Roman Kilgore, 3rd degree black belt, is giving the bjj ladies of the DFW metroplex a chance to roll and learn some great techniques.
