The six submissions you must know seminar!
For Machado students who want to turn into submission machines, this class will teach you set ups, transitions, and how to succeed in finishing a submission, from beginning to end. During three hours, all students will practice non-stop drills with resistance, to excel in every submission attempt. Each participant will receive a dvd with video clips of each technique. Space is Limited! If you have not yet reserved a spot, don’t wait until it is too late! You won’t regret when you go back to train and make those subs work every time!
