United kombat academy will be hosting its first annual ne waza tournament. saturday may 23 at our new facility in bryan,tx.
this will be an adult gi event, with an open mat to follow for all who wish to stay. weight classes are as follows…. 135 and under, 136-150, 151- 165, 166- 180, 181-195, 196-210, and 210 up. beginner(0-9 months) intermediate (9mos- 2 yrs), and advanced 2 yrs and up.
there will also be 2 absolute divisions, 165 and under and 166 and above.
20 dollar entry fee!!! this is our first tournament so we are not gonna charge out the arse because we cant guarantee the smoothness of the event, buyt know that we are going to work hard to make it a great event and try to make it a texas grappling tradition.
