Current #10 World Ranked Super Heavyweight (sherdog.com) REX RICHARDS, will be conducting an MMA seminar at WTXMMA in Midland Tx on February 7, 2009 from 1-3 PM.
The seminar will include alot of great grappling techniques from this Gracie Barra Brown Belt, as well as drills and striking that have helped him become a top MMA fighter.
