I am a Police Officer in Midland Tx. Yesterday , 3 Officers from Odessa, our sister city, were wounded in the line of duty. 2 Officers are dead and another is critically injured and was moved to Lubbock, Tx.
I am trying to get as many MMA stars as possible to do a benefit seminar, and I am going to be setting up a submission tournament for all wishing to enter.
The cost of the seminar (instructors TBA), and the submission tourney are all free. We ask a minimum of $30 donation to start (for each) and you can give more if you feel you need to.
NO MONEY WILL BE GOING TO MYSELF OR THE FACILITY. THIS IS FOR THEIR OFFICERS, THEIR WIVES, AND CHILDREN.
Please help to show support for your fellow Texans. I am asking you, especially those in the Metroplex (cuz their are so many fighters their), to try and come down for this event. It wil be on Oct 13 (very short notice) in Midland Tx.
