GLADIATORS 10 DAY TRAINING CAMP!
Gladiators Training Camp starts Monday September 10, 2007. I’ll advertise in all the major websites, TXMMA, SHERDOG, MMA.TV, etc. Training camp will start Monday at Midnight. That’s right! MIDNIGHT TRAINING CLASSES!Training will go on till dawn…if you can handle it!
For those that slept a wink or two…rise and shine with early morning workouts at 7am. 7am Morning CLASSES! Start off the day with a 3.5 mile run around Bachman Lake then commence with wrestling classes, Muay Thai/Boxing techniques, Sparring and BJJ submission grappling.Finish off with a shower. Then do it again! Tuesday Night! Wednesday Night! Thursday! Friday! Saturday! and Sunday night!….then do it all over again!
The Gladiator Fight TEAM will provide all housing!…during the 10 day training camp! Housing will consist of 10 double sized beds. We have 5 seperate rooms that houses 2-3 beds per room. The Bachman Lake training facility can house & accomodate up to 10 resident fighters. The facility has showers. A full sized 24 x 24 ft Olympic sized boxing ring. 2500 square ft of mats, heavy bags and a weightlifting facility. This facility is raw and hardcore with no air conditioning. No entertainment…just hardcore MMA, Boxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling and BJJ training!
As an adjunct to the 10-day camp at Bachman Lake…students will be allowed to train at the Lake Highlands facility 11am and 7pm Monday thru Friday.
