Helio Soneca is going to be conducting a No Gi and MMA seminar on October 29th – Sunday – from 10:00 to 12:00pm No Gi techniques and from 12:30 to 2:30pm MMA techniques at Carlson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Texas, located at 120 Frog Pond Lane, Dripping Springs, TX , 20 minutes west of Austin.
Soneca is currently a 4th Dan and known as one of the best fighters and Masters in the world. He is also one of the founders of Gracie Barra, currently the best Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in the world.
Soneca is currently participating in seminars throughout the U.S. and around the world. Soneca has associations in Brazil, Thailand and Japan, is President of the Jiu-Jitsu Federation of the state of Parana-Brasil (FJJP), and is Vice President and founder of the Federation of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for the state of Tennessee, USA (TBJJF).
During the seminar, Helio Soneca will be teaching No Gi and MMA techniques.
