We are proud to announce our hard work with our attorneys and investors has paid off moving the XTREME FIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP to a new level. We have a few more details to work out but the following will give all the idea. The XFC beginning in Tyler Oct 15th will become a two year tournament. Once the ball gets rolling, we will have 6 championship fights at each event (six weight classes) and 4 undercard fights. We will have ten events in each of the four states each year….Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. All fighters must be pro to get a title shot. Amateurs can fight on the undercard if allowed by that particular state. The tournament will work on a point system. A fighter can earn points even if he loses. Points can accumulate allowing a fighter a title shot. Each title DEFENSE earns the fighter $1000 cash prize money. Title defenses also earn greater points. At the end of the two years, two men in each weight class will be selected based on their accumulated points. These men will fight for a $25000 purse. In other words, there will be $150,000 in purse money paid that night. TV will be involved with this particular fight. That is all I can say at this point. The official rules will be ready soon. We will post the rules on the web. The first fighters to earn the $1000 will be those who fight in Fort Smith Arkansas Nov. 5th. Hope this brings a new level of excitement to MMA.
