Phil Cardella will be hosting a seminar in Waco Texas at the Baylor Jiu-Jitsu Club. This will be a large seminar with a minimum of 5 Blue Belt and probably 25 Competitors to spar with. Phil Cardella will be sparring Gi, & No Gi after going over a minimum of 20 techniques. This seminar is open to the public. Here is a link to the info:
