Brazilian JiuJitsu & Mixed Martial Arts at White Rock Lake

PanAmSilver (aka Felipe Espinoza) will be teaching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts at White Rock Lake (Dallas Rugby field) in East Dallas. You will be taught techniques your instructor learned in Trial by Combat while being the most active Texas competitor in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu/No-Gi Submissions the past 4 years. Felipe is a member & a Mixed Martial Arts Instructor of the respected Mohler JiuJitsu Fight Team. Recently fighting in Houston Renegades in what people say was the fight of the night in an impressive MMA debut winning by Physician STOPPAGE. (TKO due to a broken nose). Classes will be held: Fri 5-6:30 Sat 5-6:30 Sun 5-6:30 You will be taught competitive training techniques & a winning strategy for tournament Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and No-GI Submissions. Techniques for fighting in the Ring/Cage will also be taught for those interested in testing their skills in Renegades or Xtreme Fight Challenges. For those only interested (male/female) in getting into the best shape of their life…instruction to achieve that GOAL will be my main objective using my training as a Certified Personal Trainer thru Cooper Institute. Private lessons in BJJ, MMA, Self-defense and Weight training is available at a PRIVATE GYM. My Martial Arts system combines the powerful techniques of Brazilian Jiu-jitsu with basic striking skills of Boxing , Kickboxing, Judo, and Greco-Roman/Wrestling techniques.
