Saul Soliz, trainer of MMA superstars including Tito Ortiz, Ricco Rodriguez, Kevin Randleman, Yves Edwards, Pete Spratt as well as others, has now opened a training facility for pro as well as novices.
The facility is approx. 5000 square ft including 2000 sq.ft of mat space, 3 boxing rings, 20’x20′ cage, and 20 boxing stations including heavy bags, double end balls and speed bags.
All classes are taught by Saul and special guest instructors who will be staples at the gym. Instruction will focus on individual growth, technical and physical, with safety and attention to detail at the forefront.
Saul has trained more MMA world champions than any other instructor in Houston and brings his wealth of knowledge to the masses in a format that includes sport specific training techniques that no other gym in Houston offers and if asked the aforementioned champs can attest to.
Classes will include Thai boxing, Kick boxing, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and MMA.
Men and Women of all ages, skill levels, cardio vascular strength, fitness goals and martial arts experience and aspirations are included in our progarms.
Our gym environment will promote a no nonsense approach to training, tempered with respect of personal goals and cultivating a safe and family friendly training experience. No one will be ignored or left behind.
Our schedule will offer a variety of group training times and private instruction will be available.
