Barry N. Cooper is promoting the Ultimate Fight Challenge in Tyler, Texas on Feb 18 and 19. This is an amateur mixed martial arts event. Barry has promoted Toughman contests in the past and is known for giving fighters and trainers the VIP treatment. All travel, meals and lodging are paid to trainers and fighters. Ken Shamrock and Guy Mezger are making guest appearances to help promote the event. There are tons of fight fans in East Texas. A crowd of 2500+ is expected at the Oil Palace which is an incredibly nice venue. Tyler is Barry’s home town so he is getting a lot of financial support to cover costs.
