Texans Represent at UFC 43!

Just reporting in from Las Vegas, Yves Edwards defeated Eddie Ruiz handily via unanimous decision, and Tra Telligman suffered a cut stoppage after going blow for blow with Pedro Rizzo, even forcing the normally ground-averse Rizzo to resort to the takedown to recover from two huge shots from Telligman.ÿ Saul Soliz was there to corner Edwards as well as Wes Simms, Edwards’ Third Column teammates Tim Credeur and Carlo Prater were also there in his corner.ÿ Last but not least, the man behind the man, the “Reverend” Bart Stewart, was also in full effect. Pete Spratt is also scheduled to make his UFC return in September, following up his underdog victory over Robbie Lawler at UFC 42.ÿ We’ll have photos up from the show shortly.
