Separated by rank and weight
$25 for 1 or $35 for both
due no later than Monday Feb. 10th
payable to FKA, address above.
Full-contact sparring
No gloves. No hand strikes to face/head.
Kicks, Knees, Throws & Sweeps allowed.
Shin/instep pads, cup, mouthpiece mandatory
Full-contact sparring & submission grappling
Same rules (no striking on ground)
No heel hooks ankle locks or knee bars.
