“Hello everyone!
I will conduct an actual seminar next Saturday December 14th. This is different from the clinic I did a few weeks ago… that was a review for basic, intermediate and advanced.
This will be an actual seminar for my students and for others. The time will be Saturday Dec. 14th from 1-4pm. The cost for students (Vandry registered students) is $20.00, for all other attendees will be $60.00. The forum for the seminar will be:
1) Being stacked in the guard
2) defending and improving guard
3) passing the guard standing and lowered
4) sweeping (including the new ankle/belt sweep to kneebar or pass the guard)
5) finishing opponent from side/north south, escaping side/north south
