HOOKnSHOOT ‘NEW WIND’ Sets Sail on Saturday!

‘We are starting our fall run off with a BANG’ starts promoter Jeff Osborne. After the September 7th NEW WIND show, HOOKnSHOOT and the USMMA are presenting the RING of FURY 2 in Lowell, Massachusetts on September 21st, followed up by the North American Qualifiers for the SUBMISSION WRESTLING WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS, in San Diego, California on October 5th. ‘NEW WIND is just that, the start, a beginning, of what we hope is a major run for us. The 2002 calendar ends with our HOOKnSHOOT FRONTIER show, in Evansville on November 2nd’ explains Osborne.
‘NEW WIND is looking solid. We have been fixed on a lineup with Japan’s SHOOTOR’s, American TOP TEAM, plus our two returning champions Anthony Hamlet and Yves Edwards. We also have two great women’s bouts, so this card will be packed with electricity throughout! This may be our most solid card yet, as the undercard has several good matches including Darrel Smith taking on Nick Agullar, and veterans John Renken and Curtis Stout.
