Competitors test themselves in a true no time limit sub only tournament at the BJJ Classic

BURLESON, TX – The BJJ Classic PanAm Championship took place this past Sunday, March 29th at the Kerr Middle School in Burleson, TX. As a true ‘no time limit, submission only’ event, this tournament served as a true test for those that decided to sign up. Competing with 2 other events this past event, it may not have been the largest tournament by any means but competitors got to roll until they either tapped someone or they were tapped themselves. A conclusive finish. All belt and age levels saw matches go 20 minutes or longer, and the longest match of the day had to be over 45 minutes.

Team wise, Evolve BJJ came with plenty of competitors but Genesis BJJ also came out in force to test themselves along with other schools from around the area and around the state, including: Mohler MMA, Roberto Kaelin BJJ, RCJ Machado, Marcelo Garcia Dallas, Elite MMA and many others.

Individual competitors who shined throughout the day included Justin Kluge (absolute winner), Blake Dvorak, Dillinger KovachAustin KellsSeth Kaelin and many others. Stay tuned to BJJ Classic for complete results coming soon.
