Bronzoulis-Riggs Bellator Fight Master finale set for Nov. 2nd

Mike Bronzoulis and Joe Riggs to face off Nov. 2 on Bellator PPV Undercard

 

September 21, 2013 – Bellator officials announced this past Friday on Inside MMA that the “Bellator MMA: Fight Master” finals featuring Houston-based Mike “The Greek” Bronzoulis taking on Joe “Diesel” Riggs has been rebooked for November 2nd.

The Bellator Fight Master finale was originally set to take place on the main card of Bellator 98 just a few weeks ago but the UFC vet Riggs suffered an orbital fracture in training that rendered him unable to compete in the bout at that time.

After surgery and some healing, Riggs vs. Bronzoulis is now a go.

The welterweight finale will between Joe Riggs and Mike Bronzoulis will now take place on the preliminary undercard of Bellator’s Nov. 2nd pay-per-view debut at Long Beach Arena in Southern California.

The Bellator MMA PPV is headlined by former UFC light heavyweight champions Tito Ortiz and Quinton “Rampage” Jackson facing off against each other in their respective Bellator debuts. The Riggs-Bronzoulis matchup will be aired on Spike TV prior to the main card.
