Kolton Englund ready for last step of amateur career vs. Omar Hilail at Legacy Amateur Series 13

HOUSTON, TX, August 26, 2013 – With nine amateur fights, four straight wins, three title belts, and a move to a new primary MMA camp (4OZ Fight Club) recently behind him, Kolton Englund (6-3) stands as one of the busier fighters on the Houston amateur scene. Over the past three years he’s embarked on a meticulous and detailed journey to prepare himself for eventual life in the pros that hasn’t always been easy but one that’s taught him life lessons which should translate when the time comes, and that time is coming sooner rather than later.

This Saturday at Legacy Amateur Series 13, Kolton Englund will be one half of the main event when he takes on Omar Hillail on Gracie Barra Texas in defense of his Legacy Amateur 155 lbs. title. According to him it’s his last fight on the amateur level win-or-lose and there’s no scenario where he sees himself losing.

Check out Kolton Englund in this latest TXMMA Video Interview below to see what else he has in store for this fight and the future ahead.
