Houston’s Alex Black returns to winning column after FAL3 in Lodzkie, Poland

LODZKIE VOIVODESHIP, POLAND, October 2, 2012 – Houston MMA’s own Alex Black (Bushi Ban / 4OZ Fight Club) made a triumphant return to the win column this past weekend with a convincing third TKO of hometown favorite Pawel Ostasz (5-5)  all the way across the globe in Lodzkie Voivodeship, Poland.

Taking part in the co-main event of the FAL 3 – The Return card at Lodz City Centre, Alex came out strong and dropped his opponent several times en route to the stoppage where Ostasz was unable to continue due to a dislocated hip in the third round.

With this win Alex now moves to 2-3 overall as a pro and snaps a three fight losing streak to some very game opponents, all in 2011. Look for him to use this overseas win as momentum in his next fight when he returns stateside.

Also on the same card, fellow Houstonian and Bushi Ban fighter Danny Taylor also made his return to fighting, facing off against Polish fighter Lukasz Chiewicki in the main event of the evening.

Taylor fought a game fight but dropped his third in a row after losing to interim Legacy FC welterweight champion Jeff Rexroad and Ricardo Talavera in his last two fights, both at the Legacy Fighting Championship right here in Houston, TX.

Here is the second round of Alex Black vs. Pawel Ostasz for your viewing pleasure.
