Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation of Texas

The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation of Texas was founded in 2010 in order to represent, organize and regulate Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in the state of Texas. The President of the BJJFT is Marcello Salazar, a 2nd Degree Black Belt under Murilio Bustamante, founder of Brazilian Top Team.  The main goal of BJJFT is assist in the growth of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and conduct BJJ tournaments with the overall goal of being directly affiliated with the United States Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation and the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation.  BJJFT will be managing an annual competition calendar and host BJJ tournaments throughout the state of Texas with the next tournament being the San Antonio Open, in San Antonio, Tx.  We are really excited and look foward to helping Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu progress in the State of Texas.  For more information, please check out www.bjjftexas.org.
