User Registration, Lost Passwords etc fixed

Thanks to the developer who did the conversion of the old data not doing it 100% correctly, many of your passwords were corrupted. However many of you have also discovered that there were issues with the Lost Password function – either you’re not seeing the emails or the link you receive to reset your password is bad or invalid. I believe this has been fixed, as I just tried creating a new user account and also resetting the password – all emails from the site related to the password reset come through 100%. If you are not receiving the password reset email then the likely cause is either the mail is going to your spam or junk mail folder, or you registered originally with an email address that you might not be using anymore.
