Kingwood MMA is pleased to annouce open wrestling workouts headed up by four-time Greco Roman National Champion and former Olympian Derrick Waldroup. Mr. Waldroup is a Wrestling Hall of Famer who brings his wealth of knowledge and coaching experience to the Houston area.
Open Workouts are held for children and adults. Teams are also welcomed. These workouts are great preparation for the upcoming Folkstyle wrestling season.
Workouts are Fridays at 4:30 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. Saturdays for ages 12 yrs and below and 10:30 a.m. Saturdays for ages 13 yrs and over. Kingwood MMA is located at 2855 Lake Houston Parkway (next to Kinkos) in Kingwood.
Workouts are $25.00 per person.
