Roy Nelson the recent Grapplers Quest 8 man tournament winner will be in the Rio Grande Valley training from Feb 16-25.ÿ Among many great fighters Roy defeated Frank Mir in his first match 15-2.ÿ
Roy is also a sparring partner for UFC fighters Ricco Rodriguez and Tito Ortiz.ÿ Roy is a Black Belt under Marc Laimon, and is looking to start a school in the Rio Grande Valley.ÿ This is an excellent time to get some quality training with one of the best stars on the grappling scene.ÿ
